Health Risks

There are many health risks to not eating properly, making it very important to eat right.
These health risks include:
  • Hypertension or high blood pressure
  • Coronary heart disease
  • Type 2 diabetes
  • Stroke
  • Gallbladder disease
  • Arthritis
  • Sleep apnea and other breathing problems
  • Some cancers such as breast, colon and endometrial cancer
  • Mental health problems, such as low self-esteem and depression
  • Death
These health risks all stem from improper eating.
